Thought I would jot these down so I didn’t forget them.

• Beware of improvements - When God tells you to do something, don’t put all your own ‘improvements’ in it.  Do what He says to the letter.

• Temptation is not sin - Just because you’re tempted to do something, or you have a thought enter your mind that is something unthinkable.  Don’t condemn yourself for the thought, to be tempted is not sin.  This of course is immortalized in one of the best Kenneth Hagan quotes ever “You can’t stop the birds from flying over your head, but you can stop them from making a nest in your hair”.

I love world of warcraft.  I love the endless search for that new piece of gear, grinding rep for some obscure faction so you can buy that transmute recipe.  The game is beautifully crafted and so well thought out, there’s always a new corner to explore or an unused path to travel..

I also enjoy the social aspect of the game. The teamwork and interaction makes it that much more fun.  I’ve always worked at being good at healing and support, I’m quite proud of the specs and gear I’ve worked for on my lvl 70 priest.

Although I’d love nothing more than to spend hours on end raiding, summer is too nice to sit inside and click a mouse all day, or night.  There’s camping to be done and house projects to finish.  There’s kids to play with and a family to enjoy.

But oh winter.. just you wait.  I’ll be back for the new expansion and those next 10 levels of questing!

life is kind of like going to the gym… if it doesn’t hurt, you’re just not working hard enough.  Which reminds me.. time to get a refill on my  vicodin prescription.
